Susan founded Koval Associates in order to help people reach this potential.
Our Vision is "To teach, inspire, and assist people to experience enjoyment, fulfillment,
and personal growth in their work while contributing to the success of themselves and their employers."
Koval Associates offers services that are personalized to the meet the specific needs of
small business owners - and can take the form of consulting, training, coaching, workshops,
or keynote speeches. Koval Associates also offers unique presentations focusing on women
in non-traditional careers (www.susankoval.com).
As a speaker and trainer, Susan knows how to combine the most interesting and
relevant information for her audience with humor and active participation. She has
spoken to audiences ranging from high school students to seasoned business
professionals. Her goal is always to educate, inform, and inspire while entertaining
her audiences along the way!.
Susan serves the community as a Board Member and as the Chair of the Western
Monmouth Chamber of Commerce Education/Programming Committee, and as a Board
Member and as the Newsletter Chair of the New Jersey Association of Women
Business Owners Monmouth-Ocean Chapter. Susan volunteers with the Handicapped
High Riders at Riding High Farm, and is on the Executive Board of the Horsemen's
Association of Millstone Township. Susan is a member of the Society for Human
Resource Management and the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources.
Susan has earned bachelors' degrees in Economics and in Electrical Engineering,
and a Management Certificate, from Rutgers University; a master's degree in Technology
Management from Stevens Institute of Technology; and teaching certifications from the state
of New Jersey. She is also a certified business coach. Susan is an instructor for the
Rutgers University Center for Management Development.
Happily married to Adam, Susan enjoys family and friends, music, sports,
learning, and outdoor activities, especially hiking, kayaking, biking, and skiing.
She loves horses, and riding her quarter horse Checkers!
